Ocean City Nor'easters Pick Up Win in Soccer Season Opener
The Nor'easters defeated the Baltimore Bohemians, 3-0, on Sunday.

The Ocean City Nor’easters men’s soccer club opened the season with a 3-0 win over the Baltimore Bohemians in PDL action in Bel Air, Maryland on Sunday.
Marcelo Petit, Chevaughn Walsh and Miguel Jaime all scored for Ocean City in the win. Goalie Logan Ketterer made two saves for Ocean City.
It was Ocean City’s first shutout win in a season opener since 2012, a 2-0 win over Baltimore in the teams’ first meeting.

"We spent a lot of time in training this week on pressing and working on team formation," Nor'easters head coach Tim Oswald said. "I thought that time spent clearly benefited us.”
The win came one day after Ocean City defeated the D.C. United Under-23's, 3-0, in an exhibition game.

The Nor'easters home opener is scheduled for Saturday, June 4, 7 p.m. at Carey Stadium against Reading United.
