Ocean City Nor'easters, Recreation Department Offering Camps For Youth Soccer Players

Ocean City, NJ -- The Ocean City Nor'easters and the Ocean City Recreation Department are working together to help youth soccer players develop their skills. The program is for Ocean City residents in Pre-K through 8th grade.

“Ocean City Recreation will use age appropriate curriculum, the Ocean City Nor'easters will provide support, structure, consistency and confidence to ensure players are receiving the highest level of coaching,” the Nor’easters said Monday morning. “The Ocean City Nor'easters' professional coaching staff will work alongside volunteer coaches providing education and expertise, ensuring existing and new programs are structured correctly and implemented with consistency and fun.”

The fall program takes place at Richard Grimes Field, 6th Street and Bay Avenue in Ocean City. The cost is $45 for the first player, and $25 for each additional child. The Nor’easters provide financial help for those in need. More information is available by emailing giveback@oceancitysoccer.com.

Parent volunteer coaches are wanted for all grades. The Nor'easters coaches will lead all sessions and guide all volunteer coaches.

Player/team requests are not guaranteed. No make-up dates.
