Ocean City Nor'easters Tryout Session Postponed
The tryout scheduled for Saturday in Evesham Township has been postponed due to expected inclement weather.

Ocean City, NJ -- The first of the Ocean City Nor’easters’ two tryout sessions scheduled for Saturday, Dec. 17, in Evesham Township has been rescheduled due to expected inclement weather, the team announced on Friday.
Anyone who registered for the Dec. 17 session is welcome to attend the second session, set for Dec. 30, at Ocean City High School. That session is scheduled for noon-4 p.m.
The Dec. 17 session will be rescheduled for either March or April, date to be determined.

The defending Premier Development League (PDL)Eastern Conference champions are looking to fill roster spots for the 2017 PDL team, as well as the Under-23 and Under-20 teams.
All student-athletes must confirm eligibility to participate with their respective college, university or the NCAA.

Since joining the PDL in 2003, the Nor'easters have sent more than 55 players to the professional ranks, including Ken Tribbett and John McCarthy of the Philadelphia Union, Ryan Richter of the New York Cosmos.
Last year, the Nor’easters advanced to the national semifinals.
