Ocean City PBA Holding A Fundraiser

SOMERS POINT, N.J. — Ocean City Police Benevolent Association 61 is holding a fundraiser. The event takes place from 6 to 9 p.m. Saturday at DiOrio's Circle Cafe (10 MacArthur Blvd., Somers Point).

Tickets cost $25 and can be purchased at the door. Proceeds benefit PBA Local 61's community endeavors, which include scholarships and efforts to help citizens.

Ocean City PBA Local 61 is comprised of men and women who are serving or have served in the Ocean City Police Department. The organization serves the community through charitable work and donations. The PBA's annual scholarship program provides $14,000 in scholarships to graduation Ocean City High School seniors, according to their website.
