Ocean City: Planned Power Outage Early Wednesday

OCEAN CITY, NJ — If you're an early riser, you might experience a power outage Wednesday. Atlantic City Electric planned a power outage for 4-4:30 a.m. Wednesday in parts of Ocean City for a load transfer.

It will affect homes and businesses in the downtown area between 8th Street and 11th Street and at the northern end of the island.

The City posted the following maps of affected areas:

If it rains, the planned outage will be pushed to the same time Thursday. The schedule could change based on weather or field conditions.
