Ocean City Plans Short Power Outage For Tuesday

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Atlantic City Electric has planned a short power outage for parts of Ocean City. The service interruption will take place sometime from 4-4:30 a.m. Tuesday, Aug. 13 and will take up to 30 minutes.

The outage was originally scheduled for Thursday but was postponed.

It will affect homes and businesses in the downtown area between 8th Street and 11th Street, and at the northern end of the island.

The schedule could changed based on weather or field conditions. Here are the affected areas:
