Ocean City To Receive Grant For Hurricane Sandy Cleanup
The grant covers the final 10 percent of cleanup costs the city put out following the storm, ocnjdaily.com reports.

Ocean City, NJ -- Ocean City is being fully reimbursed for the money it put into cleanup costs following Hurricane Sandy, ocnjdaily.com reports.
The city was awarded a state grant for $403,889 on Tuesday, according to the report. Following the storm, the city was able to cover 90 percent of the cleanup costs. This grant covers the other 10 percent.
Chief Financial Officer Frank Donato spoke to city council about the grant during their meeting Tuesday night at city hall. He also said the city is preparing for a $38.8 million bond sale in November.
