Ocean City Spring Block Party This Weekend

Rain or shine, one of Ocean City's most popular events will go on this Saturday.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — In spite of inclement weather, the Spring Block Party will happen this Saturday in Ocean City.

The popular event will run from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. from 5th Street to 14th Street on Asbury Avenue. There will be more than 350 crafters and food vendors, music and more.

Between 11 a.m. and 4 p.m., entertainers and bands will perform along the Avenue. Favorites like Chad Juros, creating balloon animals at 5th Street, Big Daddy at 6th Street, the Robert Boney Band at 7th Street and Keith Hickman at 14th Street will be present.

Pony rides on the grounds of the Ocean City Tabernacle will also be available for children during that time period.

Also running this weekend are Boardwalk and Downtown merchant table sales, with discounted merchandise being sole between 6th Street and 14th Street on the boardwalk and Asbury Avenue.

Street parking in Ocean City will be free at all metered spots and downtown parking lots.
