Ocean City Summer 2020 Beach Tags To Go On Sale Soon
Seasonal tags cost $20. Here's when and how you can purchase them.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Here's one way to start thinking about summer. Ocean City's seasonal beach tags will go on sale Friday.
The tags will be available at a discounted $20. You can grab them at Friday's Christmas in the Downtown celebration.
You'll also be able to buy them at these locations:

- City Hall (861 Asbury Ave.) - Mon-Fri 9-6; Sat-Sun, 10-5 (winter hours)
- Rt. 52 Welcome Center - Mon-Sat 9-4; Sun 9-2 (winter hours)
- Henry Knight Building (12th Street and Haven Ave.) - Mon-Fri 9-4 (no holidays).
- Aquatic & Fitness Center (17th Street and Simpson Ave.) - Mon-Fri 5 am-9 p.m.; Sat 7-6; Sun 9-6
- 46th Street Welcome Center (4500 block of West Avenue) - Mon-Fri 9-4
The tags will grant you access to beaches from June 6 through Sept. 7. You can also purchase them through mail or online. Click here to purchase online when they become available. Place all mail and online orders before May 16 to get tags by the start of the season.
Veterans can get free tags starting this spring with proper identification. Active military members, spouses and immediate children up to age 23 also are eligible to receive free tags. Veteran and military tags will be available at the 46th Street Welcome Center (open weekdays) and the Music Pier Welcome Center (open weekends).
