Ocean City Theatre Company Brings 'Junie B. Jones' To Music Pier
The family show is part of Ocean City Theatre Company's 2026 Children's Theatre Series.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City families will have a chance to see "Junie B. Jones" on stage when Ocean City Theatre Company presents the show at the Ocean City Music Pier on Tuesday, July 28, at 10:30 a.m. The performance is part of OCTC's 2026 Children's Theatre Series, a summer program the company said has been creating memories for children and families for more than 14 years.
Based on Barbara Park's book series, the production follows a first grader as she makes her way through new friendships and a new school. According to the announcement, Junie records her experiences in her “Top-Secret Personal Beeswax Journal,” and the story centers on self acceptance and growing up. The company described the show as a fit for audiences of all ages.
The performance continues OCTC's children's programming at the Music Pier, where all shows in the series begin at 10:30 a.m. The series is designed to introduce young audiences to live performance, according to the company. The final production scheduled for this summer is "Schoolhouse Rock Live!" on Tuesday, August 4.
