Ocean City Weekend To Feature OC CON, Girls Weekend And Beach Sweep
OC CON, Girls Weekend and a Beach Sweep are scheduled in Ocean City from April 10 through April 12.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City is preparing for a busy spring weekend with OC CON 2026, Girls Weekend and a volunteer Beach Sweep all scheduled from April 10 through April 12. The events will bring activities to the Music Pier, downtown businesses and the shoreline as the city continues its seasonal lineup.
Now in its 10th year, the OC CON Festival will return to the Music Pier, at the Boardwalk and Moorlyn Terrace, on Saturday, April 11, and Sunday, April 12. Show hours will be 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday. According to the event announcement, the festival will include meet-the-artist sessions, cosplayers and a cosplay contest, card and pin trading, open play with LEGO trivia, face-painting, faerie hair, the Pizza Planet Delivery Shuttle, and the display and sale of comic books and memorabilia.
Featured artists include Tony DiGerolamo, who will appear Sunday only, Bob Petrecca, Luke Petrecca, Garland Holloman of Galica Graphics, Vaughn Coleman, Chris Madd, Pharos Creative Studios, Niko Lopez, NVYXUS and Urlocalkandicrab. The festival also will include LEGO displays, live music with Vince Lee and Friends, appearances by Kevin D Cosplay and Lady J Cosplay, and a display of the DeLorean time machine.

The weekend schedule also includes the annual 1-mile Super Hero Run on the Boardwalk at 9 a.m. Saturday and more Super Hero running events at 9:30 a.m. Saturday. Registration for either or both events will begin at 8 a.m. Saturday at the Music Pier, and pre-registration is available online at ocnj.us/race-events. General admission to the show is free, and free parking will be available at municipal lots near the Boardwalk at Moorlyn Terrace, Eighth Street and Ninth Street. The event is sponsored by the Ocean City Free Public Library and the City of Ocean City.
Girls Weekend will begin Friday, April 10, with the annual Fashion Show at 7 p.m. at the Ocean City Yacht Club, 100 Bay Road. Tickets are on sale now for the event, which will feature spring and summer clothing lines sold in Ocean City retail shops and modeled by local men and women. The event also includes light fare and refreshments.

Girls Weekend continues through Sunday, April 12, with hotel and bed-and-breakfast packages, dining offers, shopping discounts, giveaways, yoga and wellness classes, and craft projects and demonstrations at locations throughout Ocean City. Tickets for the Fashion Show are $40 each and available at oceancityvacation.com/boxoffice.
Also on Saturday, April 11, Clean Ocean Action and the City of Ocean City are seeking volunteers for a semi-annual Beach Sweep from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Volunteers can register at cleanoceanaction.org and are asked to check in at the Ocean City Music Pier before the event and bring their own bucket and gloves.
