Ocean City Winter Track Boys Finish Second at State Group 3 Relay Meet
Three boys' teams take first place in relay events.
The Ocean City High School boys' winter track team medal took second place overall at the New Jersey State Group 3 Relay Championship on Saturday. Both the boys' and girls' teams competed, and teams that placed are as follows:
BOYS
Distance medley relay: 1st Place (10:28.97), Erik Johnson, Bill Dooner, Andrew DeMaria, Miles Schoedler
4 x 800 meters: 1st Place (8:11.71), Erik Johnson, Dan Murray, Andrew DeMaria, Miles Schoedler
High jump: 5th Place, Jimmy O’Connor and Erik Johnson
Pole vault: 1st Place, Mike Oberg and Eddie Albright
GIRLS
Distance medley relay: 4th Place (13:07.80), Kelly Williamson, Francesca Babore, Megan Devlin, Marykate Brelsford
