Ocean City's New Trash Pickup Schedule, Effective Sept. 9, 2019

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Ocean City returns to a once-a-week trash and recycling pickup schedule on Monday, rather than twice a week.

The off-season trash and recycling collection schedule is:

• Monday: South side of 34th Street to 59th Street
• Tuesday: South side of 17th Street to north side of 34th Street
• Wednesday: South side of 9th Street to north side of 17th Street
• Thursday: South side of 3rd Street to north side of 9th Street
• Friday: Longport Bridge to north side of 3rd Street

Don't forget the following:

• containers must be 32 gallons or less
• recycling and yard waste can't be placed in plastic bags
• recycling and yard waste must be in labeled containers
• single-stream recycling: all in one
