Phanatic & Friends To Visit Manco & Manco Pizza In Ocean City

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The team may be away in Milwaukee but the Phillie Phanatic and friends will be in Ocean City Tuesday for “Phillies Day at Manco & Manco.”

The special guests will be at the pizzeria at 9th Street and the Boardwalk from 4:30 p.m. to 7:30 p.m. on Sept. 17.

Fun kicks off with the Phillies Ballgirls, playing “Planco & Planco at Manco” with Phillies prizes to win throughout the event (while supplies last).

Fans are also invited to receive autographs and take photos with 1993 National League champions Milt Thompson (also a 2008 world champion hitting coach) and Mickey Morandini, who will be at Manco & Manco from 5:30-6:30 p.m.

Then, the Phanatic will make his big entrance at 6:30 p.m., where he will attempt to make a fresh pizza in front of Phillies fans and Manco & Manco customers.

Part of the proceeds from this special event will benefit Phillies Charities, Inc.

Manco & Manco pizza can also be found at Citizens Bank Park in Ashburn Alley, Pass and Stow, Miller Lite Liberty Landing and behind Section 137.
