Philadelphia Eagles Team Chaplain To Speak In Ocean City

Eagles team chaplain Ted Winsley will speak at the FCA Coaches Breakfast.

Nobody knows "a wing and a prayer" quite like the man helping the Philadelphia Eagles fly. Ted Winsley, the Philadelphia Eagles team chaplain, will speak at the FCA Cape Atlantic Coaches Breakfast at 8 a.m. Jan. 26 at the Ocean City Tabernacle.

The Eagles have seen a Super Bowl title, countless playoff games, and several coaches, quarterbacks and even a few problematic wide receivers who come and go throughout the years. But Winsley has been team chaplain for 18 seasons, according to Sports Spectrum.

All area coaches can join the free breakfast from 8 to 9:30 a.m. on 550 Wesley Ave. Athletic directors, assistant coaches and athletic trainers are also welcome, according to OCNJ Daily.
