Photos: 40th Annual Ocean City Flower Show

The with its 40th annual event at the Ocean City Music Pier on Sunday from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m.

Besides the flowers show, there is also a trade fair that will be open during the same hours on Sunday.

The show is organized by the Garden Club of Ocean City and paintings by members of the Ocean City Fine Arts League and Ocean City Arts Center have also been put on display for the show.

The show's founder was James F. Penland, who was described by Ocean City Public Relations Director Mark Soifer as a "legendary businessman."
