OCEAN CITY, NJ — Two districts in Ocean City's Fourth Ward will have a new polling place for the general election on Nov. 5, according to the Ocean City Clerk's Office.

Voters in Fourth Ward District 2 and District 3 will return to voting at the American Legion Morvay-Miley-Cruice Post 524 at 4556 West Ave. The polling place for these two districts had moved to the 29th Street Firehouse for the municipal election in May 2024, but accessibility concerns with that location led to the county’s decision to return to the American Legion, according to city officials.

Voters in all five Fourth Ward districts will go to the polls at the American Legion for the general election on Nov. 5, 2024 and for all other elections going forward.
