MIDDLE TOWNSHIP, NJ — There's a private island for sale along the Jersey Shore, and it's cheaper than most houses. No Mans Island sits near the Wildwoods and costs $200,000.

The island has mostly been used for fishing and birdwatching, according to owner Omer Fahim. The 19-acre land mass is accessible by boat — minutes from Cape May County's mainland and 45 minutes south of Atlantic City.

Plus the taxes cost around $360 per year, according to the Private Islands Online listing.

The island is undeveloped, and Fahim wasn't sure whether one could build on the island. He deferred to Middle Township officials, who haven't returned a response to Patch as of this article's publication.
