Proposed Charter School's Appeal to Open in Cherry Hill Denied
Regis Academy will not be permitted to open, according to the Courier Post.

A charter school based in Cherry Hill that faced opposition by other schools and criticism for targeting students outside its sending district will not be opening.
An appeals court ruled that the State Department of Education was correct in denying a charter to the proposed Regis Academy, the Courier Post reports.
The academy couldn’t find a home by the deadline date of June of 2012 and thus is unable to open, according to the report.
