Newcomers Lead Ocean City Board Of Education Race For 2023

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Results are coming in for the elections in Ocean City. Check back with Patch for the latest numbers

Residents are voting for three Board of Education members.

Here are the results. Note that all numbers are unofficial until certified by the Cape May County Clerk's Office.

• Michael Allegretto: 1,985
• Cecilia Gallelli-Keyes (Incumbent): 1,005
• Robin Shaffer (Incumbent): 1,416
• Steve Flogaus: 1,122
• Kevin Schaffer: 1,243
• Write-In: 67

State Senate

• Charles R. Laspata (D): 7,694
• Michael Testa (R): 16,896 (win projected by Associated Press)

General Assembly

• Damita White-Morris (D): 7,529
• Eddie L. Bonner (D): 7,525
• Erik Simonsen (R): 16,549
• Antwan McClellan (R): 16,334
