Results of the Ocean City Triathlon/Duathlon on May 15

Interrupted by a thunderstorm, the annual Ocean City Aquatics and Fitness Center Triathlon/Duathlon drew a field of about 130 athletes on Sunday, May 15.

The triathlon includes a separate timed swim in the Aquatics Center pool, and all competitors were able to complete the swim portion before the storm arrived. The start of the run-bike-run (2 miles, 16 miles, 2 miles) was delayed by about 45 minutes.
