Rutgers University Brings Shore Tour to Ocean City
The Scarlet Knight and Rutgers student athletes will walk the Ocean City Boardwalk on July 9.

For the first time, Rutgers University is bringing its “R B1G Tour” to Ocean City.
The Scarlet Knight, along with Rutgers representatives, will visit the Ocean City Boardwalk on Thursday night, July 9.
Fans can walk with the Scarlet Knight, get Rutgers giveaways, and meet Rutgers student-athletes.

The first 50 people in Rutgers gear to find the RU contingent each day will receive two free tickets to the Rutgers football season opener against Norfolk State on Sept. 5.
The visit to Ocean City is part of the University’s first “R B1G Shore Tour,” and will include stops in Ventnor, Atlantic City and Brigantine earlier in the day.

The tour will stop at five boardwalks in the Jersey Shore over the course of five Thursday evenings in July.
The tour will visit Wildwood on July 2, followed by Ocean City on July 9 and Casino Pier at Seaside Heights on July 16. The last two night stops will be at Point Pleasant Beach on July 23 and at the Silverball Museum at Asbury Park on July 30.
