School Bus Destroyed In Fire At The Jersey Shore: Officials
Authorities are investigating the cause of the fire.
UPPER TWP., NJ — A school bus was destroyed by a fire while transporting students on the Garden State Parkway Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
When first responders arrived to the scene near milepost 20.6 in Upper Township shortly after 2:30 p.m., they found the school bus fully engulfed in flames, New Jersey State Police Sgt. Jeffrey Lebron told Patch.
All ten students and the bus driver had already safely exited the bus, Seaville Fire Rescue said on social media. No injuries were reported.

Marmora firefighters were called for extra support, according to Seaville Fire Rescue. Crews spent about two hours on the scene before returning to service.
Officials did not say what school the bus was from or where the students were headed.

The cause of the fire is still under investigation, Lebron said.
