Snow Impacts North End Drainage Project In Ocean City

Some work has been postponed and will resume next week.

OCEAN CITY, NJ - Due to the snow that blanketed Ocean City on Wednesday, some work has been postponed on the North End Neighborhood Drainage Project, Ocean City officials announced on Thursday.

South State has been delayed and will begin paving work by the end of next week. They will be topping 3rd Street, then milling and paving 7th Street from West to Bay, as well as Moore and Haven between 7th and 8th.

The following work is set for the week of Dec. 10-14:

  • Feriozzi Concrete will finish work on Pleasure Avenue between 7th Street and 8th Street. They will then continue work down Pleasure Avenue toward 6th Street.
  • Pipe crews will be installing 24" pipe between 5th Street and 6th Street on Bay Avenue.
