These Beaches Guarded Starting This Weekend In Ocean City
Looking to swim where lifeguards are? These beaches will have them:

OCEAN CITY, NJ — Summer is definitely in full swing down the shore, and until further notice, all beaches will be fully guarded.
Authorities urge that you only swim at guarded beaches. Beachgoers are asked to swim in front of an Ocean City Beach Patrol stand, staffed by Ocean City Beach Patrol lifeguards.
The Ocean City Beach Patrol guards beaches from 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. weekends and holidays, and from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays.

The following beaches will have lifeguards until further notice:
- Seaspray
- Surf Road
- Atlantic
- North Street
- Stenton
- St. Charles Place
- Pennlyn
- Park Place
- Brighton Place
- Surfing Beach
- 8th Street (open until 7:30 p.m.)
- 9th Street (open until 7:30 p.m.)
- 10th Street
- 11th Street
- 12th Street (open until 7:30 p.m.)
- 13th Street
- 14th Street
- 15th Street
- 17th Street
- 18th Street
- 20th Street (beginning Saturday, June 29)
- 22nd Street
- 24th Street
- 26th Street
- 28th Street
- 30th Street
- 32nd Street
- 34th Street (open until 7:30 p.m. beginning Saturday, June 29)
- 36th Street
- 39th Street
- 42nd Street
- 44th Street
- 46th Street
- 48th Street
- 50th Street
- 53rd Street
- 55th Street
- 58th Street
Guarded beaches may close unexpectedly at any time. Stands may also not be exactly at street ends, as guards will place the stand in the safest area depending on water conditions.
