Tickets On Sale For Special Ocean City Night In Venice Viewing Area

The viewing area comes with family friendly entertainment and activities.

OCEAN CITY, NJ — As of July 1, tickets are on sale for a special viewing area to watch to 2022 Night in Venice boat parade.

The Bayside Center, 520 Bay Ave, will be open during the July 23 parade with family friendly entertainment and activities.

The viewing area comes with a picnic spot, a snack area sponsored by Ocean City Junior Raiders Football and Cheer, face-painting, a DJ, bleachers and live entertainment by the Uptown String Band.

Tickets cost $4 for ages 12-and-under and $8 for adults. Tickets can be purchased online, by calling 609-399-6111 or in-person at welcome centers in Ocean City.

Free seating will be available at street ends along the bay from Battersea Road to 16th Street and also at Tennessee Avenue. These will be first come, first serve. Grandstands will be set up at Battersea Rd., North St., 1st St., 6th St., 7th St., 11th St., 13th St., 15th St., 16th St. and Tennessee Avenue.

This year's Night in Venice starts at 6 p.m. on July 23. The theme is "Mummers: Struttin' by the Bay." Gates open at 4:30 p.m. and a fireworks display will begin at 9 p.m. Entertainment will be provided until the parade arrives and and will resume until the fireworks start.
