Two Bodies Found in Cape May County Wednesday Morning: Prosecutor

The bodies of a dead male and a dead female were found in a wooded area in Rio Grande Wednesday morning, Cape May County Prosecutor Robert L. Taylor and Middle Township Police Chief Chris Leusner said.

The bodies were discovered by a person who was walking on a back trail, in a wooded area, around 9:11 a.m.

The bodies have not yet been identified and a joint investigation by the Cape May County Prosecutor’s Office Major Crimes Unit and the Detective Unit of the Middle Township Police Department is underway.
