Two Ocean City Teens to Participate in Miss Outstanding Teen Pageant

Ocean City, NJ -- Two Ocean City girls will pursue the title of Miss New Jersey Outstanding Teen.

Victoria Matt, 15, and Cassidy Diamond, 15, will participate in the pageant at Millville Senior High School on Jan. 9 at 7 p.m., according to Ocean City Public Relations Director Mark Soifer.

Matt is participating as Miss Cape May County Outstanding Teen. Her platform is “Health and Wellness,” and her talent is the violin, according to missnewjersey.net.

Diamond is participating as Miss Stars and Stripes Outstanding Teen. Her platform is “Bright Future Ahead: Empowering Under Privileged Youth,” and her talent is dance.

They will be two of the 21 contestants in this year’s contest, which has an “On Broadway” theme.

The winner performs at the Miss New Jersey Pageant held at the Music Pier in Ocean City in June.

Miss New Jersey Lindsey Giannini and Miss New Jersey’s Outstanding Teen Shereen Pimental will host the pageant.
