Field Hockey

Ocean City 5, Mainland 0, Sept. 15: Grace Steele found the back of the net three times and the Red Raiders’ defense pitched a shutout. Rialee Allen had two goals and an assist, while Jordan Allegretto had two assists. Goalie Charity Beckert made two saves in the win.

Ocean City 11, Egg Harbor Township 0, Sept. 16: The Red Raiders brought their two game goal total to 16 and pitched their second straight shutout.

Boys Soccer

Millville 1, Ocean City 0, Sept. 11: Nick Grotti scored the only goal of the game in the second half, with an assist from Jack Beck. Goalie Corbin Chance made 10 saves in the win. Ocean City goalie Russell Lindsay also made 10 saves.

Ocean City 1, Oakcrest 0, Sept. 16: Dylan Pittman provided the winning goal in the first half, with an assist from Nick Zedonek. Goalie Russell Lindsay stopped five shots in the Red Raiders’ first win of the season.

Girls Soccer

Oakcrest 2, Ocean City 1, Sept. 16: Tori Rolls provided Ocean City’s only score of the game. Ocean City goalie Brooke Segich made seven saves.
