Videos Show Wild Lightning At Ocean City Boardwalk (UPDATE)

OCEAN CITY – An unbelievable display of lightning came crashing down on New Jersey on Wednesday, and it chose the Jersey Shore as its target.

Videos show lightning coming down next to the Ocean City boardwalk at 13th Street, and one showed an umbrella shed catching fire.

The person filming one video includes regular chatter – including talk about the rainy weather – and people eating when the lightning came down:

A video provided to 6abc, meanwhile, showed lightning strike a rental umbrella storage shed in Ocean City. Here is that video:
