WATCH: South Jersey Woman, Ex-Charlie Sheen Girlfriend Now Waits To See If She Has HIV

Watch video below: Sheen revealed last week he is HIV positive, and had sexual relations with several people, including a N.J. woman.

A N.J. woman has been going public about her relationship with actor Charlie Sheen - and she’s been waiting to see if she, like him, is HIV positive.

Sheen’s HIV positive revelation and unprotected sex confession with Amanda Bruce, his nurse and former lover, has been one of the most talked-about stories over the past week.

Bruce, who is also known as Amanda Loren on social media, talked to Dr. Oz, about how she believes the actor is a man of “compassion,” and she believes he never intended to do any harm to her.

She told the talk-show host doctor that no one should pull the ”pity card for things people bring on themselves. HIV is one of them,” noting that the unprotected sex she had was a risk.

During the interview last week, Dr. Oz asked how she would react if she found out she’s HIV-positive.

“That would be on me, wouldn’t it? And, look, there is nothing full-proof what transpired between us, but I think I’d like to make it clear that I’m not going to live in a hole.”

She said she dated Sheen for three years, but the relationship is over, although the two are still “close.”

Here is a portion of that interview:

A Trentonian writer who went by the name of “Elle” noted that the Burlington Township woman lived up the street from her as a child. She wrote:

“She (Bruce/Loren) would come over for birthday parties and play dates with me and my brother. There are even a few home videos at my house when she was just an innocent girl. Fast forward about 20 years and now things have dramatically changed with her and her lifestyle.

She said she reconnected on Facebook after many years of not hearing or seeing one another.

“While glancing through Amanda’s Facebook page, recently deactivated, and seeing her photos along with posts, jealousy hit me. Frequently, she posted about going on extravagant vacations and to glamorous events. There were times that I found myself saying ’why can’t that be me?’ “
