OCEAN CITY, NJ — Some picturesque clouds crossed Ocean City on Wednesday. One video captured the unique scene.

The cloud that resembles a giant rolling pin in the sky is a shelf cloud, according to CBS3 meteorologist Lauren Casey.

A shelf cloud is usually associated with a solid line of storms, according to weather.gov. The wind comes first, and the rain generally follows.
