What's The Recycling, Trash Schedule For Christmas, NYE?

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The schedules for recycling and trash collection in Ocean City will change for the final week of the year and the first week of next year due to the holiday season. The collection schedule is as follows:

• Monday: No collection
• Tuesday: South Side of 34th Street to 59th Street.
• Wednesday: South Side of 17th St. to North Side of 34th Street.
• Thu: South Side of 9th St. to North Side of 17th Street.
• Fri: South Side of 3rd St. to North Side of 9th Street.
• Sat: Longport Bridge to North Side of 3rd Street.

Containers should be 32 gallons or smaller. Recycling and yard waste can't be put in plastic bags. They must be put in labeled containers. Christmas Trees without decorations and bags can be put out for collection all throughout the month of January.
