Which Ocean City Beaches Will Be Guarded From June 2-8?

OCEAN CITY, NJ — The Department of Fire and Rescue Services has released the list of beaches that will be guarded from Saturday, June 2, through Friday, June 8. More beaches will be added in the coming weeks until the Ocean City Beach Patrol is fully staffed.

The Beach Patrol will hold rookie tryouts on June 9 and June 10. For further information on the competitive tryout and an application, click here. A rowing clinic for interested applicants will be held 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. June 2-3 at the Tennessee Avenue Boat Ramp. Applicants can stop by any time during those hours.

The following beaches will be guarded next week, 10 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. on the weekends and 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on weekdays:
