Wildwoods Announce 2026 Airshow Lineup, Free Public Viewing

WILDWOOD, NJ — The Wildwoods Airshow will return Sept. 12 and 13, bringing two days of aerial performances to the shore, according to the Greater Wildwoods Tourism Improvement and Development Authority.

The free event will be visible across the Wildwoods, including from the beaches and boardwalk, with general admission and premium seating options available.

The tourism authority announced the 2026 lineup on Aug. 11 and said more performers are still to come. Headlining the show is the U.S. Air Force F-22 Raptor Demo Team. The 177th Fighter Wing of the New Jersey Air National Guard, based in Atlantic City, is scheduled to perform an F-16 flyby over the Wildwoods beaches.

Also listed in the lineup is Randy Ball's restored MiG-17F, along with the Jersey Jerks flying the North American SNJ/T-6 Texan. Aerobatic pilots Patrick McAlee, David Windmiller and RJ Gritter are also scheduled to perform. The RE/MAX Skydiving Team will open the weekend with a jump during the National Anthem, descending in formation before the flying program begins, according to the announcement.

A P-51 Mustang is also scheduled for a demonstration during the show. The announcement describes the aircraft as a fan favorite and one of the most recognizable planes in aviation history. The Wildwoods Airshow lineup released this week is current to date, with additional acts expected to be announced later.

According to the tourism authority, the event will be free to attend, a detail that can shape how families and visitors plan a weekend at the shore. Organizers said the show will be visible from the Wildwoods' award-winning beaches and boardwalk, giving the public multiple spots to watch without buying a ticket.
