The second-year event will run over the beach and boardwalk as the resort closes a season tied to America's 250th birthday.
WILDWOOD, NJ — The Wildwoods Air Show will return to the Wildwoods on Sept. 12 and 13, according to a June 17 announcement from the resort. The event is entering its second year in 2026 and is expected to mark one of the major late-season draws on the island.
The announcement said spectators will be able to watch from across the island, with beach and boardwalk areas offering the best views. It said the center of the event at Lincoln Avenue beach will take place above the ocean between Morey’s Mariner’s Pier and Adventure Pier.
The Wildwoods described the air show as part of a packed year-round event schedule and said it will finish a season of patriotic events tied to America’s 250th birthday. A mix of military and civilian performers will be announced later as the lineup is finalized, according to the announcement.
