Woman Attacks Kid, His Dad, Bites Cop At Jersey Shore Motel: Police

The woman was "out of control" in the pool, attacking a 10-year-old and then inappropriately grabbing his dad, Wildwood Crest police said.

WILDWOOD CREST, NJ — A Philadelphia woman attacked a 10-year-old boy, his father and bit a police officer after getting "out of control" in a Wildwood Crest motel pool, according to police.

Fallan Turner, 43, was apparently "highly intoxicated" at the motel on the 6200 block of Ocean Avenue when police arrived at about 2:30 p.m. on June 17, according to a news release.

Witnesses said that Turner was "out of control in the pool," according to police. She had apparently grabbed an unrelated 10-year-old boy and swung him around in the pool, dunking him underwater, police said.

When the boy's father tried to intervene, Turner jumped on his back and "grabbed him inappropriately," police said.

Turner became belligerent when officers were speaking to her and she was placed under arrest. She pushed the arresting officer in the face and tried to resist as she was being handcuffed, police said.
