The first "Yoga on the Pier" event celebrated the summer solstice in June and included more than 140 people. Organizers expect to double that number this time around.
"This is a total volunteer effort with yoga teachers from throughout southern New jersey coming together to enlighten people to the benefits of practicing yoga and its positive effects on health and wellness. And to raise money for a local charity," said Steve Mullen, a yoga instructor from Northfield and organizer of the event.
