The Paramus Spartans won the 2011 New Jersey Youth Baseball Summer Blast, beating the Waldwick Warriors 9-0 to win the 14U Championship.
Pitchers Jarred Hermann, Matt Ferrara and Billy Twomey gave up just three runs over the whole tournament. Offensively, the Spartans outscored oppnonets 36-3.
"We couldn't be more proud of the way the boys played this year," Manager Dave Ferrara said.
