Join Rebecca Rothman & Chris SantaMaria this Valentine's Day weekend for a unique and invigorating backbending workshop. Students will warm up with a heart-opening sequence, then move into focus on technique on how to safely strengthen your backbending practice.

All levels welcome -- whether its your first wheel or your playing with tic-tocs. Expect hands on adjustments to help you safely find your edge
