Amazon Books Opening At Garden State Plaza Wednesday
Books in the store are based on Amazon.com customer ratings, pre-orders and sales.
PARAMUS, NJ — Amazon Books' first bookstore in New Jersey will open Wednesday at the Westfield Garden State Plaza.
The selection of books in the 3,500-square-foot store is based on customer ratings, pre-orders, sales and customers' assessments, Amazon announced Tuesday.
Customers will also be able to try out Amazon's Kindle, Echo, Fire TV and Fire tablet product lines.

Under each of the store's 3,000 books there is a review card with that publication's Amazon.com customer rating and a review. All books are either Amazon.com bestsellers or have at least a four-star rating on Amazon.com.
The store is located on the mall's second floor. The store is open Monday through Saturday 10 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.

The Paramus location is the eighth Amazon Books store in the country. The others are in California, Oregon, Seattle, Chicago, Massachusetts and New York City.
