Police said that Officer Vincent LaBarbiera was patrolling the parking lot of Garden State Plaza when he saw a grey 2026 Mercedes-Benz GLS450 driving through the aisles and stopping near various women.

Crime Suppression Unit Officers kept watching. According to police, the car stopped near a woman who was bent over near the driver's side of her car. Police saw an interaction, and the man drove off, then stopped beside another car with a woman next to it.

As Officer Diego Cruz began to approach Williams' car, he saw the woman talking to him. Then, he saw Williams reach across his own vehicle and open the passenger side door.

The woman immediately got into her car and tried to reverse out of the spot, police said.

Police pulled up to Williams' car "and upon observing officers, Williams attempted to conceal his exposed genitals at which time officers took him into custody," police said.

The first woman told police that she was changing her shoes and Williams pulled up and said, "I like the shoes."

The second woman said Williams waved her over to his vehicle. Believing he was waiting for the spot, she spoke to him.

Then, he said something about her feet and declared, "I'm going to give you a show" as he opened the door, police said.

Williams was taken to the Bergen County Jail, police said.
