Paramus Brook Clean-Up Set For Next Month: What To Know

PARAMUS, NJ — The Borough of Paramus is inviting residents and volunteers to participate in its annual Paramus Brook Clean Up on Saturday, Sept. 19.

The community clean-up, organized with the Paramus Department of Public Works, the Environmental Commission and New Jersey Clean Communities, will offer service hours for participating volunteers.

Volunteers should check in at Jockish Square between 8 and 8:30 a.m. for site assignments. Light refreshments will be available at the Department of Public Works at 8 a.m., on a first-come, first-served basis.

Pre-registration is required; no walk-ups will be permitted. Children 16 and younger must be accompanied by an adult. The registration deadline is Sept. 8.
