Bergen County Company Pres. Embezzled More Than $1M: Prosecutor
Keith Feuilly, 53, allegedly embezzled the money from accounts over 5 years and deposited the money into an account at a Paramus bank.

BERGEN COUNTY, NJ — A man is accused of embezzling more than $1 million over five years from a local company he was president of, Bergen County Prosecutor Gurbir S. Grewal announced Tuesday.
Keith Feuilly, 53, of Rochelle Park, was charged with theft, money laundering and misconduct by a corporate official, Grewal said in a news release.
The Bergen County Prosecutor's Office received a complaint in July 2016 that Feuilly had embezzled money through the theft of accounts receivable from a New York-New Jersey metropolitan area-based company he was president of, Grewal said.

An investigation by the Bergen County Prosecutor's Office Financial Crimes Unit detectives revealed that Feuilly received payment checks to the company, which he then deposited in an account that he controlled at a Paramus bank branch, the prosecutor said.
The theft was in excess of more than $1 million and took place over five years, Grewal said. Feuilly used access to the business' accounting software to destroy or alter the records to try and conceal receiving the money and his alleged theft of the money, Grewal said.

Feuilly was served with a summons and released, Grewal said. He is scheduled to appear in Bergen Judicial Processing Court Wednesday morning.
