Get Your Fix Of Spooky Season At 'Zoo Boo' In Bergen County

The zoo has announced the schedule for this year's "Zoo Boo" event. Tickets go on sale Oct. 5.

PARAMUS, NJ — With the fall weather closing in, you aren't the only one prepping for the Halloween season.

The Bergen County Zoo announced the dates for the 2021 edition of "Zoo Boo".

Trick-or-treating, a friendly train ride and more will all be available to those who attend the event, which is scheduled for Saturday, Oct. 30 and Sunday, Oct. 31 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m.

However, advanced ticket purchase is required, and zoo officials warn that tickets for "Zoo Boo" typically sell out quickly.

So mark your calendars now, as those tickets go on sale Oct. 5 at 9 a.m., and will be sold in person at the zoo. Tickets can also be purchased online with a community pass account until Oct. 1.

Tickets are $8 each of ages two and up, those under two get in free. Train tickets are $5 for ages two and up.
