Bergen Man Sexually Assaulted Child Multiple Times, Prosecutor Says
Officers arrested a man in Paramus after an investigation linked him to the sexual assault of a child under 14 years old, officials said.

PARAMUS, NJ — A Bergen County man faces multiple charges related to the sexual assault of a child younger than 14 years old, according to Prosecutor Mark Musella.
Eliseo Estrada, 60, of Fairview was arrested Tuesday in Paramus, Musella said. Investigators discovered that he sexually assaulted a child "on multiple occasions" in Fairview, Musella said.
Jail records show Estrada is a citizen of Guatemala.

Estrada was charged with first-degree aggravated sexual assault, second-degree sexual assault, and second-degree endangering the welfare of a child, Musella said.
Officers took Estrada to the Bergen County Jail, Musella said. According to jail records, Estrada faces three counts of first-degree aggravated sexual assault. Jail records show the alleged offenses took place in 2016.

Fairview Police contacted the BCPO's Special Victims Unit on Monday about the alleged sexual assault, according to Musella.
