Bergen New Bridge Resumes COVID Vaccinations After Nor'easter

New Bridge will honor your vaccine appointment if it was canceled Monday or Tuesday, officials said.

PARAMUS, NJ — A nor'easter forced Bergen New Bridge Medical Center to cancel appointments on Monday and Tuesday, but those people can still get vaccinated this week.

The Paramus hospital will honor appointments canceled because of the snowstorm, vaccinating those people Wednesday through Saturday.

Anyone with an appointment for Monday and Tuesday can get vaccinated this week, but proof of the original appointment is mandatory. Without proof, you will be turned away.

"No exceptions will be made," officials said.

The Vaccination Program at the Alternative Care Facility Annex at Bergen New Bridge Medical Center had issued 8,000 doses of the Moderna vaccine as of Jan. 25, according to county officials.
