Blue Bottle Coffee Opening First New Jersey Café In Paramus
The coffee company will bring its signature drinks and a seasonal miso caramel menu to Westfield Garden State Plaza.
PARAMUS, NJ — Blue Bottle Coffee is bringing its carefully brewed cups to New Jersey for the first time, opening a café Wednesday, September 9, at Westfield Garden State Plaza.
For Paramus residents, the opening brings another coffee and dining option to one of the region’s busiest shopping destinations.
The new shop, located in Space 2162 at One Garden State Plaza Parkway, will serve coffee and espresso drinks alongside a selection of food for mall visitors nearby.

Customers can try the Kyoto-Style Espresso cold drink menu, including the Vanilla Bean Shakerato and Espresso Tonic. The menu also features the chain’s New Orleans-Style Iced Coffee, made with coffee, chicory and a touch of sweetness.
For fall, Blue Bottle is pouring a limited-edition Miso Caramel Latte, available hot or iced, along with a Miso Caramel Shakerato. The seasonal drink pairs red miso and toasted sugar with Hayes Valley Espresso, giving the familiar salted caramel flavor a sweet-and-savory spin.

Designed with Neri & Hu, the café reflects the mall’s airy look through what the company calls an “East-meets-West lens.” Blue Bottle describes the space as a “natural pause” during a shopping trip, with a minimalist coffee bar, clean lines and warm tones.
The café will be open from 7:30 a.m. to 7 p.m. Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. Saturday and 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday.
