
Celebrate connection, laughter, and trust with Acro Yoga for our Bloom and Balance Spring Acro Yoga, a playful and heart-opening workshop led by Laura Baron at our Edgewater studio. This experience is designed especially for beginners, so no prior Acro or yoga experience is needed — just a willingness to try something new together.
You’ll be gently guided through the fundamentals of Acro yoga, learning how to communicate clearly, support one another, and move as a team. Expect grounding warm-ups, partner-based poses, accessible Acro flows, and plenty of shared smiles along the way. Whether you come with a romantic partner, a best friend, or a trusted human, this workshop offers a fun, safe, and supportive way to deepen your connection.
