Josh Mercado is a nationally touring trumpet player and pianist who has performed alongside artists like Joey Fatone, AJ McLean, Debbie Gibson, Chris Kirkpatrick, and Murr from Impractical Jokers, gracing stages at renowned venues including The Salt Shed, the Capitol Theatre, The Factory, and the Ryman.
A University of Central Florida graduate now pursuing his master's in jazz studies at William Paterson University, he's also built a reputation as an accomplished jazz trumpeter, sharing the stage with players like Rodney Green, Clarence Penn, and Winard Harper. Beyond performing, Mercado is known for his meticulous horn arrangements and transcriptions, having contributed writing to national productions such as the A Legendary Night tour.
